Purchased “bird houses” on line The size design And quality were grossly misrepresented. My pinky finger could barely fit in the entrance hole.. not even a humming bird would fit. They described the items as beautiful copper colored …. Not! Brown spray paint. States it has 3 legs for added support…Not ! Overall I wasted $$ on garbage. I contacted them and Shopify as soon as I received the items .. they eventually replied stating I could return the items…but they said it would probably cost me half of what I paid to do so😡 or they would offer me a $10.00 refund!!! I SPENT $120 dollars on these items. It appears the pulled them from their site , but it’s too late, they got me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY… and note to Shopify …you should do more to protect consumers

This company just plain "SUCKS". They are worthless, no good, rotten, stinks, and worthless products that they sell. I bought the New Wire Trimmer head and it came with a very small mounting hole. I find out that there are 3 styles, but the company won't do anything to fix the problem. I paid 32.00 and they will refund only 10.00. Don't buy anything from them. Give your money to charity instead.

DONT PURCHASE ANY BITE BUDDY PRODUCYS. THEY WERE ADVERTISED AS BEING INDESTRUCTABLE AND ABLE TO GIVE YOUR DOG HOURS OF FUN. MY DOG ATE OUT THES TUFFING IN LESS THAN 45 MINUTES. THE REFUND PAGE HAS NO ADDRESS OR INSTRUCTIONS AND IF ITS DAMAGED THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK, AS THEIR POLICY STATES IT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECIVED IT.

I want to return my hilipert neck massager. they will take the return but the freight charge to send back to China is 50 to 80 dollars. They will only issue me 8.00 dollar credit. they are taking advantage of customers.

Their website, for Sherem hummingbird feeders is nothing but blatant lies! $89.95 for 3 plastic feeders that cost $7.95 ea. elsewhere. It plainly says, Made in the USA. This is a lie. They also say they offer a 30-day money back guarantee - don't believe this. They offered me $8.00 to just forget about the whole thing or pay $80.00 to ship it back to Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. It's a complete piece of junk that hummingbirds do not attempt to even stop at, instead continuing to drink from a couple of $1.50 feeders that are 5-years old from Dollar General. The email to Helipert just bounces back.

The online purchase was a Happy Spirit Birdhouse, guaranteeing "free returns," et.al. The price was a discounted price and was purchased under the apparent dba of Temu, aka Hilipert. Whatever the name really is, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. The so-called birdhouse was a poor knockoff of a wooden birdhouse, it was broken and also had zero means to hang it not to mention no way to put bird seed in! It was a DEPLORABLE product. When I asked hilipert to send me a return authorization and. FULL refund, I was told that I'd have to pay to return it to FREAKING CHINA. This company should be put out of business, because they rip you off with impunity.

Another “wish I’d read this site before ordering posts”! Ordered the Hilipert Trac Pro 2.0 watch, which they advertised as having a glucose monitoring function. I should have known for this price it would be a scam! After reading the prior reviews, I’m not even going to try to send it back. $69 down the drain. Live and learn!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Read all the reviews on this site. No matter what item you purchase. No matter the currency you use, you will be receiving an inferior product that is overpriced. Customer service is appalling. Caveat Emptor.
