This machine does not work as advertised. It does not cool a room in seconds it doesn’t even cool anything period. It’s a complete scam

Was scammed out of $47 on dog toys I purchased. Contacted their web site and was told my order was on the way it's been 3 weeks and I keep getting the run a round from the Chinese company. Will now file a complaint with bank hoping to get my money back.

A couple of days ago I ordered a "Chilliwell Relaxix Cooling Ace", a little portable AC unit. I ordered one, they sent me two. I emailed them to say that I would NOT pay for two, and their reply indicated NO comprehension of simple English. The unit is feeble and the battery is ridiculously short-lived. DO NOT BUY.

I purchased a Smart Watch for about $100. Could not get it to work. Tried to return it within 2 weeks of purchase. They said they could give me a refund of $8 or else I could return it but be faced with a return fee of $50 to $80 because it had to be returned to their company in China. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They are absolutely HORRIBLE!

I ordered a lotus wind spinner. It came in a package that had no protection. I'm sure the product was completely bent out of shape. There were no directions on how to assemble and when we got it assembled, it didn't and still doesn't spin. Very unhappy. Tried to return it for reimbursement but they only offered for me to keep it and they would return $8. I paid $40. Won't order from them again.

I purchased a dog bark collar advertised to fit small dogs to large dogs. When I received it, I noticed the weight for a small dog started at 8 lbs. My Chihuahua is 5 lbs. This was not stated on the advertisement. I requested a label to return the item. They responded I would have to pay a $50 - $75 return rate. That is outrageous, especially since I only paid $10 for shipping originally! This is the only company refusing to send a return label. I don't remember seeing a return policy stating that I would have to pay for the return of an item I cannot use.

Purchased these 3 toys for my dogs as they were advertised for strong chewers and essentially indestructible. Within 30 seconds my 3 mini dachshunds has the head ripped off of 1, stuffing out of the 2nd * squeaker ripped out of 3rd. Trying to contact this company, emails do not go through. Don't wast your money with these people. Terrible to deal with. And cost of 3 toys was $60. Don't trust them. If o could, they'd get 0 stars!!

Do not buy these. 10-20 minutes of face time and the lenses where ever there are screws will have cracks. These are not polycarbonate they are cheap plastic. The hammer strike portion of the video is fraudulent. These are CRAP AND MADE AND SENT FROM CHINA. THE CLAIM OF NO HASSEL REFUNDS IS BS AS WELL. I HAD TO DISPUTE MY PURCHASE THROUGH MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO GET MY REFUND. The clarity is a fraud. And, the all distance claims are a fraud as well. The claim these are durable is a fraud, you have been warned. Returns are international mail to China, they have no address in the US for returns. USPS CHARGES ARE $75-170. My return experience was a protracted mess. Their customer service is not very receptive, they ignore your direct remarks and persist in trying to replace rather than accepting a return request. Very frustrating.
