DO NOT BUY. Terrible quality. Doesn’t work. And took nearly 2 months to receive it.

I bought 3 portable airconditioners online from Hilipert for about $200. When they got here I found they are absolute rubbish. I have contacted Hilipert for a refund, but my hopes are very low. How can a company blatantly scam people like this. They must be put out of business. These were meant as Christmas gifts but are not anywhere near adequate. I now have to go and buy more portable fans. Give me my money back Hilipert. You are thieves.

I wanted to return a neck massager from HILLIPERT Co. the day after it arrived. Their return policy was the item had to be in good condition but return postage was the buyers responsibility. They also state they are a USA company. When I requested a return for the $69.95 I spent on the massager, I was informed the return postage to CHINA would be $60+! They offered me a refund of $8. That is a LOSS of $61.98. Nowhere was it mentioned that it would have to be returned to China. They stated they were a USA company. The massager instructions were in a very small font in a light coloring which made it almost impossible to read. Furthermore the operating instructions were not clear. I charged it overnight but the next day it still wasn’t charged. I decided to return. I would have been happy to return it to their company address in the US, minus shipping. Nothing about this transaction was transparent. It has all the features of a deceptive business practice and thus a scam. Beware!

I ordered the horse, what I got was not what the picture looked like at all, plus the package contents was in a thousand pieces. I checked the packaging wrap could not find a fragile or handle with care no where, I ordered this for a December 18th birthday but it took soo long and now the company won't even answer the numerous emails I sent requesting a refund. I will not order from this company again, they probably do pretty good at making money off of damaged products and never returning money. Very disappointed, my figurine was the adult horse with the baby underneath from the package it looks like I only see the baby horse so the advertisement was deceiving. Thank you for letting me let others know.

Need an option for 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They sent bent products that were absolute cheap crap. They don’t honor any type of good customer service to either refund or send a NOT damaged product. They instead tell you to “think about the cost of returning it. 60-80 dollars in shipping to return.” They don’t want you to return their crap. So poorly made. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell product.

I would put 0 stars, if I could. This is THE worst on line company I've experienced. Once the product makes it from China (if i had known ahead, this would have stopped me in my tracks), they do not honor their "satisfaction gauranteed" claim. Literally, once it gets to the US, they consider it "delivered" and will NOT issue refunds (before it reaches your home for inspection). My packages were NOT delivered because we were not home. No note was left but the tracking system on line indicated our order had "changed to pick up only." No further instructions on where TF to pick it up. It's been a nightmare tracking it down (still trying since ordering 10=26-2024). STOP...DO NOT ORDER FROM HILIPERT. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!

My order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and when I did receive it, I was so pissed. The item was supposed to be an air cooler but it’s no more than a small tower fan. I’m so annoyed with myself as I usually research thoroughly and read reviews but now I’m stuck with a useless fan that cost me $65.00 🤬

Portable fan like air conditioning. What crap !!!!! Noisy cheaply made smaller and fake advertising. Disgusting scammers.
