No stars!!!! Do not entertain this company at all!!! The air conditioning units are total rubbish and do not cool the air whatsoever. I purchased 2 at a cost of over £260.00 and have emailed customer services to enquire how to return for full refund as they do state they offer a 30 day money back guarantee and have just had an email back saying…….. Dear Customer, Thanks for your email and sorry for your long waiting. We are glad you got item, but sincerely sorry for the problem. I bought a Jiuberry air conditioning unit from Hilipert. It is just a normal fan not deliver cool air. Moreover cannot reach out of them to get it return and refund. It is a scam. Please avoid and purchase from this platform.

I ordered the tower fan only about 12” tall load of rubbish do not order. Took weeks to get it. Don’t waste your money.

The parcel {In post } company left in safe place in a porch that I don’t have sent theses proof of no porch told me to contact in post I did the I post said I had to contact the seller then that’s when it started to become even worst no reply then when they do reply its hid behind in post then still no parcel £156 lost and then the company asked me to send $35 for replacement shipping cost of $50 as refund they were told to to contact in post as instructed I will note recommend any body to deal with theses scammers

They sold me through using a bogus webpage a cooler it never came and they have not refunded me the amount l paid 276.95 euro they just refunded 143 14euro !!! this is not acceptable and if it is not completely refunded Beware Edit PayPal in the end got me all my cash back !!! Thank god for PayPal

Ordered some air conditioners two weeks ago, heard absolutely nothing. No contact number just an email to send issues to, so far no refund, no products but now having read the reviews, I don't think the products will be fit for purpose !
