Has potential, but needs some improvements
I really like the design of the app and the way the digital cards present themselves. However, there are two things that could be improved. One, it was so cool when another friend had all my details automatically uploaded to his contacts on his iPhone by scanning my QR code...but then they disappeared later when he went to find them. They were nowhere to be located. Two, the limit of scanning 5 cards on the free app makes it a relatively useless feature.

Thank you for your feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve the HiHello experience. After your new contact taps "Save Contact" on your HiHello card, they will be asked how they want to save your contact details. If they choose to save your details directly on their device, then all of the following steps are dictated by the device rather than HiHello. If someone does not complete the steps on their device, they will be able to view your contact details but they might not be saved. You can read about this in more detail in our Help Center to read more about what it's like to receive a HiHello card. We are currently working on an improved experience that should be released shortly. We hope you'll continue to give us a chance, and if you have any questions or feedback please let us know at [email protected].
