Muy mal servicio. No repetiré La calidad está decente. No nos vamos a mentir. Pero prometen envío gratuito entre los 10 y 15 días. Tardaron otros 14 días en la entrega del producto, cuya respuesta es que te mandarán una CAMISETA SORPRESA como compensación (para que quiero yo una camiseta de un equipo que no voy a usar), lo más lógico hubiera sido un pequeño reembolso como acto de buena fé o tal vez un mayor descuento para un próximo pedido. Aún así el colmo es que de 3 camisetas me llegan 2, haciendo las reclamaciones correspondientes y llegando a PayPal a hacer esta reclamación. Respuesta de esta Highquality "quita la renuncia y veremos como te hacemos el reembolso del artículo" ¿creen en serio que me voy a fiar de ellos? ¿cancelo la reclamación y os quedáis con el dinero? Ni de coña

Rücksendung nicht möglich. Nach einer Anfrage nach einem Umtausch, da die Größenangabe leider nicht unserer entspricht, bekam ich eine Antwort das die Rücksendung viel zu teuer sei. Nach einer Aussage das ich die bestellte Ware trotzdem zurücksenden will, gab es einen Kontaktabbruch.

I have placed an order at about 6 weeks ago, before the World Cup started. Placed an order for 6 jerseys for my whole family, me, wife and 4 daughters. After 3 weeks i ask them where the order is staying, and their response was that due to the world cup peak there is alot of orders, after 4 weeks i ask them and they say i has to go trough customs. And after 6 weeks i recieve an incomplete package. 4 jerseys instead of 6, leaving my youngest two daughters dissapointed. And my (the father) jersey came as an size S instead of XL. I am asking them for a refund over 2 weeks now because i didnt want the order anymore but they never responded to a refund, a cancellation of the order or anything else... I would never place any order at this company again. Feels such a scam

My first order , the wrong shirts were sent , and now only 2 shirts received when I ordered 4 , rubbish service.

Avoid. Tops are not good quality. Shoulder stripes are not equal and stitching is coming away from parts of the top. I don't expect the top to last longer than 6 months. Also they are AT LEAST 1 size too small compared to UK sizes.

Very poor customer service. Error made by their packaging/delivery service. The customer service team lied to me and refused to rectify their error
