Poor product with equally bad customer service
I ordered 2 tubes of the Glacial Cream; I have thick wavy hair and was looking for something to calm and hold it. The tubes use a very clever key twist system which is cool. However, the cream itself is very poor. It dries after about 3 hours and goes brittle, and you need a lot of it to get it to style in the first place. For £31 a tube it is absolutely rubbish. I’ve got £5 hair products that do a far better job. I have sent 2 emails to the company asking for a refund, but have not had a response. They do however send me regular emails giving me styling tips. My tip for styling your hair with Highland - don’t bother.

Hey Spencer! So sorry for the experience here, not sure why your emails weren't coming through (just checked with our team). We found your order and just initiated a full refund! Our Cream is definitely low hold, matte finish by design but we think our medium hold, nourishing pomade would be way more up your alley of needs. We just sent you over a free tin to try on the house as well!
