Hide behind contracts, and dont stand behiind the work
I signed up for a 3 month trial period. The account manager I was assigned was so ineffective and unresponsive that she was fired. I expressed my disappointment with the work that wasnt done to the replacement, saying he would turn the ship around and to trust him. I indicated the way things are going i dont want to renew the contract. They pushed me into the permanaent contract despite my wishing and are hiding behind legalese to enforce it, despite broken promises and subpar work. They do not treat there clients fairly

To clarify a few points for accuracy, the agreement signed was a 12 month contract that included a 3 month introductory trial period. We did not push anyone into a different or permanent contract after the fact. When you shared that you did not intend to continue, we reviewed the cancellation terms in the signed agreement and followed the process outlined there. Regarding results, SEO is a long term strategy and progress typically takes time and depends on competition, site condition, and scope of work. That said, expectations should always be clearly aligned, and we regret if that did not feel clear throughout the process.
