Throughout the process, their team was punctual, communicated clearly, and was easy to work with from start to finish. From a professional standpoint, Higher Ground Land does a good job of keeping things organized and transparent, which helps transactions move smoothly. Higher Ground Ventures - I have had the honor of working several NC Real Estate transactions with them utilizing our office "McCollum Law P.C." to conduct the signings and ensuring that closings are smooth and as advertised. They are extremely transparent and forthcoming with the expectations so that there are no surprises or hiccups, and when there are as expected at times, working with the team, will go above and beyond to get it to the closing table. Every single time I receive a contract with them, their team never hesitates in assisting us with getting what is needed and when I speak to any of their clients, they expect my call and are fully aware of what is needed in order to achieve the ultimate goal of closing. I would strongly recommend this group to anyone for any type of Real Estate transaction

Everything went according to the contract and we were able to pay off our mortgage after the sale of our acreage. At 77 and 76, my wife and I could no longer use the property for retirement! Great company, great personel; 5 stars all the way!
