I was having issues linking another account so I decided to ask for support. Hideout responded very quickly with an alternative way to link my account and it worked. Great customer service

Hey everyone. I had an issue where I couldn't add a linked site. I tried for a month before I requested help from the Hideout team. They responded quite quickly and within a day or two, I was manually linked to the site I requested. The team was very friendly and quick to resolve the issue. Great work people :-) Thank you again for your time and support. Dj Liquidn8v

Excellent customer support, and such an awesome site. Not sure why it has 2 stars here, but I love it! Highly recommend!!!

They ban you for no reason, and they don't give you an explanation of why they ban you. I cannot recommend this site to anyone.

I see all the bad reviews here and I don't doubt many people get wrongly banned, just like so many sites. I've had good experience so far, support replied to my ticket and solved my problems I had. Payouts have been reliable and fast. I'd suggest, as with all sites who are plagued by botters and other cheaters, withdraw as soon as you are able, never leave much in there. And when/if you eventually fall foul of their imperfect security, direct most of your bad wishes upon the parasites who made such security systems necessary.

I started a withdrawal to a linked site to cash out my earnings, my earnings never arrived nor were they refunded into my account even after I opened a support ticket, today, four months and a week later, Hideout.tv emailed me asking me to rate the "support I received", so here's my rating: one star because this site won't allow me to give them a zero, first they stopped paying out to Freecash over a year ago and now they refuse to pay out to faucetify & ignore support tickets, it seems they aim to ONLY pay out to lootup which, surprise! Is run by the same people as hideout.tv
