Hideout.tvReviews of hideout.tv

Hideout is an awesome website for creators and viewers alike! I have been posting and watching content for months now and have seen hideout constantly improve. At this point I enjoy it more than YouTube! Fun website with an awesome support team!

I quite like Hideout TV and haven't had any issues with rewards or being blocked or anything like that. I note someone describes it as a scam but I think that is very unfair and just not true. However, if you live in the UK as I do a lot of the content is not very relevant. The content is ok but for me a lot of it is not very interesting, even the stuff like travel or outdoor hiking which ought to be interesting ( for me) is often rather boring. And so much cookery and recipes! Not of interest to me and again many recipes are the types of things that we don't eat here in the UK. I like snowy scenes from Canada and Lola is a lovely dog! I've recently found Pancow's drone films and like those a lot so far.

I have been a video creator on Hideout.TV for about 9 months now. I am so glad I started sharing my content on their website. Throughout my time with them they have been nothing but helpful and supportive. Even giving each creator their own advisor! They provide great opportunities for both creators and viewers to share/enjoy content on a platform that only allows respectful and engaging videos. I would 100% recommend them to any video creator looking for a different source of revenue for their content.

been using Hideout.tv for a few months and have never had any issues like others have said. i follow their social and have spoken to the marketing dept and they are doing great things with this company and always trying to improve. a lot of the disgruntle reviews are from people who were "banned", so that should tell you something about them. The company really wants the viewers and the content creators to benefit from using their platform so they can rightfully refuse service to those who may be violating their T&Cs, etc. they give out FREE daily points and source some of the best contents out there!

Hideout.tv is a good alternative to Youtube. It's a good way for creators to monetise but only quality content is accepted, that is why many people with bad quality videos are angry when they are not accepted! I used it since a while now and I already cashed out several times. The hideout team is very helpful and they always try to improve the platform, asking suggestions directly to the creators.

There are cool videos on here and the company treats creators with respect. Some get angry that they don’t accept all videos, but it means the viewer doesn’t have to sift through bad content.

I have been using Hideout.TV as a viewer and a creator and find it very easy to use. You earn points as your watch and you can convert them to things like Amazon Gift cards which is what I use them for. If you have not tried it give it a go. Search 'Percy the Labrador' for a light hearted look at the 'Life of a Labrador'

As a content creator it works absolutely great as an alternative to YouTube. The platform is fast and stable and uploads are currently even faster than to YouTube. There are some limitations regarding file size and video duration (3 GB and 30 min), but usually no problem for me. Always got payments on time and support is nice and friendly - as a small or medium content creator definitely better than on YouTube. Nothing really to complain about.
