I too got suspended, I was using it for about 3 and a half months and it was going great, made around $170 in that time (thankfully got most of it cashed out) I lost about $25 of it, followed all the rules and they keep saying breach of terms and best practices when I contacted support. Update: (may 2022) seems the suspension lasted 3 weeks, got my lost $25, already did another $10 payout as well, so far so good, I changed the review up to 3 stars for now update 2: (november 2022) they started to added a "you have reached your watch limit for today, please come back tomorrow" now its gonna take even longer to get points, I was getting about $10 every 2 weeks which is more then fair but if I have a watch limit in place each day its almost not worth running this anymore. Setting back to 1 star

Very poor. Would give it a 0 if I could. Was a member for years and out of no where said I was in breach of terms and said they did not need to explain why I was in breach. DO NOT JOIN. I will be contacting the attorney general to investigate their company.

I was using Hideout.tv with no problems for months. And after a week of creating a Lootup.me account, like other people have stated, I got banned. I followed all the rules, only had 1 Hideout account. Not a good experience. Very disappointed with them. Don't use these companies.

Ban people after transfer points. My Hideout.tv account is just got suspended after I transferred my point to Lootup.me

I used hideout.tv for quite a while. I finally earned enough points to cash out two different gift cards. I submitted one and was paid promptly, then I submitted the second and they suspended my account without paying. I went back and forth with their support for over a year and they never responded or gave me a reason for the suspension. They just kept closing the ticket without even saying anything. They finally cancelled my support account so now I can't even get back in to complain. I was nothing but considerate, they did nothing but stonewall. Overall it was a bad, but not uncommon experience. I would not recommend them; they are shady at best.
