Color was terrible. Waste of money. I’ve emailed several times. Disappointing

I ordered my foundation in 4/16 and it still hasn’t even been shipped. Zero help from customer service. Nobody can tell me where my order is or why exactly it hasn’t been shipped yet. They offered me a lousy 10% refund! Insulting considering they claim to ship orders in 1-2 days. It’s been almost two weeks. Customer service is no help. Order number 36456HIDE so maybe just maybe someone will care now and get me my order or a refund.

I saw an ad for this foundation on instagram advocated by Paris Hilton. Shame on me for falling for their fake celeb endorsement. I purchased the foundation on 4/16. The site says that purchases are shipped out within in 2 business days. After numerous days on not receiving any updates I emailed the company asking for an update. I received not response. I then took to commenting on their instagram page where they deleted my message and direct messaged me. Then I received an unhelpful response by email stating they were checking with the warehouse. It is now 4/26 and no real answers, no product and I'm out ~$35. Scam artists. Don't do it.

The advertisement is not truthful it doesn’t hide scars miraculously as they say. I was very disappointed because the advertisement is not truthful, upfront & lack integrity. Stop selling false hope because some people are investing in this product and trust that it does what you’ll promise. The advertised pics are illusions that again give people a false hope. Me personally I don’t problem skin I purchased it just to hide a scar and it doesn’t hide the scar. The makeup itself is of good quality however my concern is it doesn’t hide scars so to me that’s false advertisement. They did give me a 50 discount on the product so I guess this is another product added to my collection. Bottom line they should have refunded me my entire amount especially since it was their false advertisement.?

I think it’s just sad that their customer service is completely out of line. I’ve had no help and it’s just a shame of a company. Plus they remove any negative reviews.
