You guys are the most worst make up people in centuries it does come up on my mask it’s fake it does not cover Rico’s like you told me you’re dead and it’s false advertisement and you should be sued

Hide will not give me a refund on my product even though it was returned to them. I lost the tracking number so they said they have no way of knowing they received it back. (Check your mail) So, my question is when you do receive it , when am I going to get a refund. This is not fair,its been over a month since was shipped back, what happened to the product and my refund?

I’ve been a customer for a while now. I received a promotional message about a Pride sale. So I went to the website to find information on the sale before I bought more products to make sure it was beneficial. I couldn’t find any info. So I went to Facebook to ask about it (being a person in the LGBTQIA community, I wanted to make sure my money used for a LGBT pride sale would be beneficial) and instead of a professional reply like “hey thanks for the question! It’s a good idea I’d like to bring to the team!” Or “we hire lgbtqia people and are anti discrimination!” like other companies do, they instead just deleted my comments and blocked my account from following and commenting. I was shocked. I’ve spent so much money with this company and to be ignored, blocked and silenced over an honest simple question speaks volumes.

After 10 days of my order not getting shipped out, I left several emails and texts and no contact back. Can someone please help me figure out where my order is. It’s been 10 days and I don’t even have a tracking number or an email where it has even shipped. I was very excited about getting this product and now I just want my money back or a response .

Horrible!!! I used their color matcher and received a shade that was WAYYYYY to dark- not even close to my shade. I had seen reviews on Facebook of people raving about how awesome their customer service is and how they will ship the right color to you at no cost if you receive the wrong color. I assumed they did an easy swap like Amazon might do. They do not!!! When I emailed them they responded saying I’d have to ship the item back with tracking at my own expense. They would not provide a shipping label. They then tried to tell me that I could keep the product, receive a 40% refund, sell the product to someone with the right skin tone, and receive a 20% off coupon to buy the right shade. Are you kidding me????? It cost me $11 to send the item back. However. I HAD to send it back no matter how much it cost once I realized this product was a scam. I wasn’t going to let them win by having me out $50. At least this way I’m only out $11. I have not received the refund yet but I know these things take time. I will however be keeping an eye on my bank account because although they said the money will return in 2-5 business days, I do have my doubts based off their shady behavior.

Emailed with questions about the shades and if they provide samples . They emailed me back that if I ordered and received the wrong shade I could exchange . After I ordered and received the wrong shade they have been unresponsive with the exchange they won’t even answer my emails . I would never order from them again . I am returning the product with the email I received about the option to exchange and will dispute the charge with my bank

I love this product it amazing and yes I’m 57 years old n makes me look younger ,feel like you have nothing on it very light on the skin this product work miracles it amazing thanks Hide .

Very disappointed. Did not cover as promoted. Definitely not worth the price & took a long time to arrive. They don't offer satisfaction guaranteed for a reason.
