I have contacted customer support 5 times and no one ever gets back to me..all I want to do is exchange the color concealer and foundation I got to lighter shade.. mine is way to dark.

This make up is thin and watered down. It did not cover anything, it was a complete waste of money. It rubbed off on everything ai touched. I will not purchase this again.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but have had numerous e-mails asking me to leave a review & my response was exactly this because I was VERY unhappy with my purchase. Instead of asking why I just kept getting e-mails asking me to leave a review so here it is. The concealer DOES NOT cover up tattoos as advertised. I have a small faint tattoo and it does not cover it AT ALL. If i add more concealer to try to cover it then it just looks like a ton of noticeable make-up that comes off on EVERYTHING. This was the only reason I tried it. I doesn't work too well under the eyes but not horrible.

I would love to review the product. But I can't because I have not received it. They say they ship your order within 2 day and delivery averages between 2-5 days. So I should have received it like 7 days. I placed my order 18 days ago. The tracking number that they sent when my order was supposedly shipped didn't work. When I emailed them 2 day's ago (16 days after I placed my order)and let them know I haven't got what I ordered and the tracking number didn't work. They emailed me back with another tracking number. That tracking number shows the my order is still in CA. It was being shipped from CA and the tracking number shows it is still in CA 18 days after placing my order. According to their website I should have received it in 7 days. That is my experience and I think it's a scam.

I can’t get a live person when I call customer service. I sent my unopened order back today for a refund because my color wasn’t right. I would of just reordered but can’t even speak to someone. I hope I’m not going to have an issue getting my money back.

The foundation was too dark and very orange. They said they can do a return or exchange if I send it back at my expense. Then once they get it back they can send me another one. If the next one doesn’t match, I’d have to send it back again at my expense. I thought the formula was thicker than I expected and settled into some of my pores when I was swatching it. The concealer leaks if you tilt it too much, so you want to be careful if you are holding it while trying to apply. It didn’t even completely cover some of the light freckles on my hand, so I don’t know how well it would hide tattoos or darker spots. You’d probably have to build it up a lot and it would probably be very cakey.

I received my Hide it is just terrible because it broke my skin out. Just a waste of money. I wish that I never brought this stuff and the color not right. Thank You for nothing.
