TOTAL SCAM-they will take your money and then block you! Do not use!! I clicked on the duo promotion-concealer AND foundation-I chose my colors for both concealer and foundation-paid for both! I have the screenshots for the entire order! They only sent the concealer and I reached out by email to have it corrected-no response! This is a total scam!! They took my money, sent the concealer but have continued to delete all correspondence! Delete all of my comments-I will now screenshot my comments and post them on my own page! People need to know this is a scam!! I’ve commented, emailed, and messaged-they just delete the negative comments and block me from commenting. Date of experience: September 12, 2022

Don’t order from them. Their customer service is awful. I ordered a foundation and concealer, just got the foundation and have been going back and forth with them for over a week. The phone number to call them also doesn’t work. A total scam company.

Believe all of the 1-star reviews. Customer service and return policies are abysmal. You have to be 100% sure you have the right shade and product. If not and if you're lucky enough to hear back in a timely manner, they offer a 40% refund (but only if approved) and you pay for shipping, no label or anything...they just tell you where to send it back and ignore your requests for anything that might be of use. Never again. Not so hot, Paris, not so hot.

Customer service is horrible. The product I ordered was too dark. I had to send in two different pics of the product on my skin to orove it was too dark. I finally got an email about what color I needed for a replacement and never received anything. I finally just threw the product away.

I hate this product. Color match is terrible. Don’t waste you money

#1 WORST customer service. I would never recommend this product or how they handle their transactions. Very poor! I have been dealing with them for over a month.

I have been trying to contact this company via email, phone which no one ever answers and even Instagram for days just to exchange an item. Crickets! Awful awful awful customer service
