Brilliant, James was so helpful. I brought a lifetime subscription and had the budget router now I have premium router the latest one, it arrived in the UK very quickly by FedEx. Great customer support. I would recommend Hidden Router to anyone. Great specs and great speed on the premium router. The Best vpn I've had.

Most excellent support. Had an issue with my router and James updated the firmware and helped resolve the issue. Above and beyond support. Very happy!

I cannot praise this service enough. Never any trouble getting connected. Also, customer service is excellent. Talked to them via their instant messaging service when I needed to renew one of my routers. First-class!
