I was approved for my lone.The customer service agent was very kind and understanding and I also love the 3 different payments that you can pay back.You have a choice

The CSR was extremely helpful and answered my questions with certainty which in turn made me more comfortable

Decision was made quickly. Now im just waiting for the payment of the loan to come through.

This is my second loan through hidden meadow lending, the first time I asked literally 25 times if it WAS same day funding the guy assured me every time I asked that I would get the funds the same day. It didnt come through until the next day, this time I talked to another rep at 8am and immediately explained what happened last week with it coming the next day. HE ASSURED ME THAT IT WOULD DEFINITELY BE SAME DAY FUNDING THIS TIME AS I TALKED TO HIM AT 8AM BEFORE THE 12PM CUTOFF IT IS NOW 10:34 P.M. AND I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY FUNDS. its literally in the contract for SAME DAY FUNDING. If it dont come until 3 am tomorrow again that would be 2 times now that this company has broke the agreement. I just cant believe 2 times now I haven't got my funds WHEN I NEED THEM. this is infuriating especially seeing how this company wants to pull the funds out of my account as soon as my direct deposit clears. Im already starting off with a negative experience and this is only the second loan ive got from this company. Thats not a very good business model. I would like some kind of reimbursement or a daily fee waiver, because now I cant call 3 days ahead of my direct deposit date because the funds didn't arrive when I was told they would and I cant call and schedule a PAID in full payment such as option 3 in the loan agreement with this late NEXT DAY FUNDING happening to me when I was SPECIFICALLY told it wasnt. Aren't all calls recorded? You can check the call and see how many times I asked if it was going to be same day and how many times I was told it WILL BE........ Already a very bad experience 2 times in a row and ive only got 2 loans. LYING and DECEPTION about the funding time is a very bad way to conduct business especially when ITS IN THE LOAN AGREEMENT.
