I bought a topper from HCH. After not being happy with it, i made a feedback on their web shop and wrote down the problems. Instead of reacting, they deleted my comment. THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!! Shame on you!! i have spend so much money on a hair piece that i can't use. Also i'm pretty sure i'm not the only one with these problems. So if you are a customer and thinking about buying from this company, DON'T! They only take your money and are not accepting any complaints. Further they are trying to fool you with only good reviews. Go with a much cheaper on from another seller.

Honestly so disappointed. This product is terrible it looks fake and like a stupid wig. i paid 450$ when i should have only been charged 20$ for this. i have had many extensions and toppers from other brand but saw this worn by a beverly hills housewife i follow on instagram so i ordered it. with all my hair extension knowledge as a avid consumer this is by far the worst quality and design i have purchased. The quality of hair is low grade and it is one of the many brands we hear the horror stories about that have a wax coating to deceive the customer because after 1 was it matted all up and looked frizzy and fake. BUYER BEWARE!!

Hair is broken, damaged. Looks like someone has worn it and styled it many times to have so much breakage throughout. Sent it back and they sent me a new one that looks exactly the same. I’m positive they just repackaged it and sent it back. Emailed again and they said it was normal and that it was from static! This is not static. it is broken, fried hairs throughout .

Took weeks to receive and many emails trying to get in contact with them then finally received my order and everything was alright until I washed my halo and then it turned into a knotted mess!! They are no longer useable I believe that the hair might be synthetic or really horrible quality.

Extensions arrived and the amount of breakage looked like they were used for months! I bought them #2 dark brown half of them have an undertone green! The string didn’t even last a whole night . I also had two different samples in the package not even colour I ordered. I had to spend money to get them cut 4 inches due to breakage , plus toner to make them dark brown and now I need to put in a new string . Basically now they’re the same length has my hair and won’t last long due to poor quality . Seems like a hair dresser in training practice on these. My hair dresser has done extensions for years and she was not impressed at all with this either . Bottom line I’ll never recommend these to my worst enemy. When customer service replied they said it was just the static ( I know what breakage looks like or static ) and said that it was normal for green undertone ., what ?! Those are supposed to be human virgin hair!! Green isn’t part of dark brown Basically they won’t do anything for me I paid 280$ cad and spent 160$ on toner cut and smoothing ( due to breakage and green ) that’s terrible !

The hidden crown topper is horrible. Unfortunately, I was so eager for it to work as I had plans to wear it for an event, that I took the tag off. It is so unnatural looking. the seam of plastic that meets your scalp is thick and very noticeable. You would be better off with a lace front wig. Also the hair does not hold a curl. Customer service, (while very responsive and pleasant enough) would not budge on their return policy even though I only wore it once. But I guess I understand - a policy is a policy. They said I needed to get the piece dyed (it’s 1 slight shade of dark brown off from my natural color) and that my curling wand needed to be a curling iron instead. I’ve never had an issue using a wand on any of my other extensions. I’m hesitant to pour more money into this when it’s just a bad quality product. It’s the plastic seam that is the problem, it’s not thin enough to look natural. I’m not sure how hair dye is going to fix that. The topper looks ok from far away, or if you wear a headband to cover the seam, but if you plan to have a conversation with someone, expect them to stare weirdly at your hairline trying to understand wth is sitting on your head.

The product is terrible quality, I specialize in extension and have for over 15 years. The company is very shady and not transparent at all with their product! They deleted my first review on their website as well as my second, therefore you only see GOOD reviews on their site, not true reviews!!!! Don’t believe everything that you read. Just because they have a bunch of positive reviews on their website doesn’t mean there aren’t any negative ones and unsatisfied customers. But ask yourself WHY isn’t they’re any negitive reviews on their social media and website???? Because they are just deleting all the negative. As Well as when I made a comment on their social media in regards to how I felt about the poor product quality and customer service. They deleted my comments three times, when I attempted to message them they then blocked me. Extremely unprofessional. I ordered the 22” layered halo extensions this past week for my wedding, upon receiving i wasn't impressed. I am a stylist, who is trained in 4 different systems of hair extensions, I work with production for hair and makeup as well as photographers on set for clients. I own my own business as well, doing hair and makeup for special events. I wanted to try these to market to my clients. But I defiantly will not now after this situation and how the company handles themselves. Upon opening the hair felt rough and course, there are white wiry hairs blended all through out as if it isn't truly 100% human hair. I at least reached out to them via email. Days later with no response, I them took it to social media and commented on one of their posts that I was unhappy and how i felt about the quality of the hair and their lack of response to my email. They then deleted my comment on Instagram, so i posted it two more times, they each time deleted it and them blocked me!!! Most honest, professional and respectful companies would comment back and say something to the effect of "im sorry you're unhappy, one of our team members will get back with you shortly" This was not the case with them, they just blocked me. Therefore i emailed them again, as well as messaged them on Facebook messenger. The response from them was a technical support person will get back with me and that they don't return the hair since it was worn. The hair hasn't been worn yet, security tags removed yes, so i could actually inspect the hair, regardless of their return policy, I needed to see for myself the quality and you cannot do that unless you actually unfold the hair. It reminds me of the hair i use to buy from the stores in Detroit for super cheap back when I was younger and didn't know that you could buy better hair. Regardless, the lack of professionalism on the companies part and care for a customer satisfaction is shocking! I mean they literally couldn't take the criticism so they blocked me, which tells me that they're guilty of a bad product and don't want people to know it. So disappointed in this company and how they handle themselves. Don't buy from them, contact Halo Couture and they will take better care of you! I called them and told them what happened and they rush ordered me hair from them, they were appalled but what I told them I experienced with Hidden Crown Hair.

the content does not match the YouTube and Instagram videos on your account at all. I was happy, I thought I had found the solution to my problem, I paid 450 . I was expecting a natural topper, natural hair, undetectable, very thin like your photos. Result: I find myself with a headdress with bristles burned on the tips, even less beautiful than my natural hair already damaged, and especially with a look NOT natural, as for a disguised evening much too thick at the top, omg, I do not see the difference with a cheap topper at eBay at 30 dollars I then saw many consumer comments online that said the same thing. Today, in result , I am very sad for my hair, I lost a huge amount of money for me, for nothing
