I've been a stylist for 35 years and very rarely do I come across a company whose business is on point and they take care of things every time something's wrong but hitting Crown always does. That's why I will never leave them and the quality of their product is unbelievable.!

This hair extensions company is top notch! Great quality hair, array of styles, lengths and colors and their stellar CS team is professional and efficient. I will buy only from them moving forward. I was a Remi client!! Thank you for a fabulous 1st time CS experience and purchase.

I bought the hair topper in #30. It is not human hair ! I have bought pieces way less and felt real plus held curls. This piece won’t hold curls. The co told me to send back so they can test it. Seriously, like I’m sure your test lab will come back that it’s real human hair. 🤦‍♀️ They told me to use moose or hair spray to hold curls. My hairdresser said that would only damage it more and shs said it’s crap! Now I am stuck paying payments of a mortgage payment for $600 for crap! The co should let people return it esp bc of how much it costs regardless if we tried it out. What nerve raping people with crazy amount and tell them if you try it on you can’t return it. How the hell us are we to see if this fits or works or matches are hair? The co should be sued for false advertising trying pass off as real human hair.

Beautiful hair delivered quickly with all the necessary tools to store it and free color swatches of the other shades I was interested in. I purchased the seamless clip-ins 12 inch dark auburn. The hair is silky smooth and beautiful. This is my first purchase of extensions of any type so I have to practice and figure out how to wear them. Edited to add: if you have fine, flat hair on top/sides, you should consider the halo extension instead. It is very hard to blend these and cover the clips without thicker hair to cover them up.

High quality hair that I love love love! I use their v-clip all of the time. I like it way better than my halo couture extension that cost more than Hidden Crown. Excited to try the messy bun next! Also, great customer service when I had questions about my order. Fast response and very helpful!

The negative reviews are making me question their origin because I have had the best experience with this brand. Even tho you must contact customer service thru text or email they are super prompt in getting back to you. I’m using their topper and it’s such a pleasure to work with and wear. I used to wear the Halo Couture brand but I grew tired of having to use a salon as the middleman so I’m thrilled to find Hidden Crown. I can’t speak to all their products but the topper is just lovely and natural. I’m a very happy customer.
