Booked in to Hi Q Stratford-Upon-Avon the manager Becky booked me in on a day to suite me, she was very professional and polite on the phone, I arrived at my appointment and was greeted by Becky, Darren and Ben, they were all very friendly, my MOT was completed and I had it back in a timely manner, the car needs a bit of work and I will definitely be getting the work done at Hi Q in Stratford, I look forward to dealing with the garage again and can’t recommend the place or the staff highly enough! Keep up the good work guys I will be seeing you again soon

Had a load of warning lights come up on my VW Tiguan at lunchtime, dropped into my local HiQ in Helston, the guy said leave it here and we’ll look at it immediately, by 3pm job done, faulty ABS sensor. Great service. Thanks
