Goods NEVER received! I am unable to write a proper review as I never received the goods. The customer support never got back to me! Why am I being charged a monthly amount? Very poor service

Underwear are ok. Only worn once. Charged me a month membership i didn't want andcwontvreturn my money. Don't do business with them!

The worst response ever gotten from a vendor. Not only the product was deficient, but they charged my credit card for a monthly membership (free?) I had never requested. Now I must contested at the bank because Kangaroo has as of yet refund me any money.

Would not warranty product! Sensors go bad every year! Now can’t even replace! Not available anywhere!!! If you can buy, DON’T! INFERIOR product!!!!!!

Very poor response to my repeated requests to cancel my monthly membership. Still not resolved over a month on.

This seat cushion I bought to help my back was worthless.

Why was an additional payment of €33.40 taken from my bank account without my permission?

The boxers I received were totally useless leaked all over the place .so I cancelled my membership.the company went to my bank account and took another £30 for another order I have told them I will contact the police if they do it again
