Hi Arel, we completely hear you and understand your frustrations. Our company may have changed names, but we are still committed to our patients receiving the same level of customer service as before. As a telehealth service, our policies are put into place to assure our patients that their health and safety is always our #1 priority. We understand how these policies can be frustrating in certain instances, so we do still offer options to those patients who or not eligible for a prescription through our service. Our pharmacy can continue filling and shipping directly to these patients with an active prescription from their local provider. For more information on how to utilize our pharmacy service if we are unable to prescribe to you, or for additional questions, we encourage patients to give us a call at (772) 217-4557 or create a secure message via our Customer Contact page at: https://heyfavor.com/contact-us
