⚠️ Contractor Warning – Hexstone Property Management is Fraud Sharing our personal experience with Hexstone Property Management so other contractors can do their due diligence. They subcontracted work to my husband as a 1099 contractor and used his Master license for company onboarding. We were promised $500/week for the use of his license, but we never received any payment. On one job, the resident stated she paid $650, while we received only $180 from Hexstone. My husband later requested that they stop using his license, but despite repeated requests, Hexstone Property Management and it's parents company Synergy Preserve LLC, have continued to give us excuses regarding its removal. Based on our experience, contractors should carefully verify payment terms, licensing arrangements, and how their credentials will be used before working with them. I'm confident and 100% sure that they don't have any in-house technicians.
