Terrible results with Hexgo about 2 weeks after signing up. It took a while to figure out that I don't have access to their high performing algos, only the ones that perform poorly. Luckily it was only a $46 lesson. As a result, I cancelled my subscription and tried to remove my credit card information. Unfortunately, they blocked me from accessing the dashboard, even though I am paid up until Aug. 12, 2026. I am confident in saying that, since the redirect shows the word "banned" after I login and get a message that "the page is not working". Sadly, there seems to be more and more of these companies popping up, and I want to keep my fellow traders/investors from wasting their money or time with companies like this. 9/1/26 Just a quick update, the company has been very responsive and has since cleared up the error of locking me out. I am still vetting the rest of the algos to see how they perform.
