This software couldn’t help me retrieving my data. When I emailed them regarding my refund. There is no response at all… it’s been 3days waiting for response.

I contacted their support 3 times! It's been 12 hours and still no response!

Software it does not working and the support team is not responding. I bought a license and it worked fine, it is a good software. But suddenly the license was deactivated and now it tells me that my license key is invalid. I try to write to support team and google says that Hetman's email address is blocked because it is blacklisted. I have written from the form on their website and I have no response. It doesn't look good.

The product analysed my disks and found files to be recovered and displayed them with the correct size in the preview, the product required purchase however to recover the files. After purchase I attempted to restore the files found by the software to an External Hard disk, to my local hard disk and to an FTP server, every time the files recovered were 0KB in size with no data. I paid an extra £13.48 + VAT for "Priority Support" it took their 24/7 Support team over 18 hours to respond. Clearly not as advertised. The support teams response was that the files could not be recovered and I should have "tested" the software before purchase?
