This software costs money
This software costs money. Looks great, brilliant UI, loads of features and buttons etc. But in the end it could not read my hard drives and testdisk was able to help recover all my data.

We have a 24/7 support service, why didn't you contact us? We would have helped you recover your data. If TestDisk recovered your data, our program would have recovered it too. What does it mean that the program could not read the disks? It did not see them at all? What is the reason for the data loss? Are the disks in working condition? The trial version of the program allows you to check whether data recovery is possible? Why did you register the program if the program did not see the disks?

Total Scam!!!
Total scam! The software does not work and we claimed their 30 day money back guarantee as promised on their website, but from then on we don't get any response from the support team. Update: 30.04. 14:49 - We received the money, but it's a shame to see the support team only respond after a public statement here on Trustpilot describing the company's practices. So be careful with this company.

the company that is cheating their program does not work and they are charging some imaginary payments from the card the case has been reported to the appropriate authorities I advise you to be careful scam

Don't trust this company the products…
Don't trust this company the products work, but they put an advanced authorization on your paypal/credit card account so they can dishonestly charge you for updates that you never asked for. Worse PayPal considers it legitimate to do this - so beware of PayPal as well Why companies who at least make half decent products do this is beyond me, but you have been warned this is not a company to trust with your card or PayPal details. Note: To Hetman would have given you 5 stars, save for this dishonesty Update: 11/09/2024 Have now received a refund, but this has taken a lot of effort on my part to get it, lodging appeals with PayPal, their payment provider Paypro global etc. Fortunately a post on Trustpilot did the trick :)

Brian, Yes, we actually have Priority Support and free updates. This is an additional and optional service that you may not use. You connected this service when purchasing our program, so you were charged for it. But, according to your request to refuse this service, we immediately canceled it and issued a refund of your funds. I am very sorry that there was a misunderstanding between us.

Hetman Data Recovery 4,7: FINGER WEG!
Habe soeben das Hetman Data Recovery Pack™ 4.7 auf einem versehentlich formatierten USB-Stick ausprobiert. Ergebnis nach 45 min. Suche: Jede Menge Date(ie)n gefunden. Nur komisch, dass KEINE EINZIGES der angegebenen Dateiformate vorher auf dem Stick enthalten war. Wer sich nicht mit Dateiformaten - oder -rettung auskennt mag das aussehen, als wäre das Programm erfolgreich gewesen - und wir reichlich Geld für ein komplett nurtzloses Tool ausgeben. Mein Tipp: FINGER WEG!

Also, please note that the programs have two types of analysis: quick and full analysis. If the program was unable to recover your data after a quick analysis, then try a full analysis. The company does not reply to our…
The company does not reply to our inquiry regarding a redundant license purchase that made us pay about 300$ more than necessary for a product that should be included in initial full Hetman Data Recovery package that we bought. Have sent several e-mails to both support and sales about this case over several months but have never received any feedback what so ever. Will not recommend to use this company

Wiederherstellung fehlerhaft und kein Kundenservice
Nachdem ein RAID-Controller die Konfiguration bei zwei HDD´s für ein RAID1 gelöscht hatte - hier waren leider noch wichtige Daten drauf - waren die Datenträger nicht mehr direkt nutzbar (es wurden aber keine Daten überschrieben). Unter Linux wollte sich das Ganze dann auch nicht lösen lassen - also nach einer Software-Lösung gesucht. Habe Hetman RAID Recovery gefunden und getestet, da man es kostenlos testen kann. Verzeichnisse und Dateien wurden dann auch ganz schnell angezeigt. Zum "Wiederherstellen" musste dann die Software gekauft werden - soweit kein Problem, wenn es hilft. Leider waren ca. 50% der wiederhergestellten Dateien fehlerhaft (nur Datenmüll drin). Eine andere Recovery-Software konnte alle benötigten Dateien intakt und ohne Probleme wiederherstellen. Leider hatte ich Hetman zuerst gekauft. Auf das Problem angesprochen reagierte der Support sehr zögerlich und bei Fragen nach Rückerstattung für seine fehlerhafte Software gar nicht mehr. DAS GELD SOLLTE MAN SICH SPAREN!

Michael, Our support team has been trying to investigate your issue, but has not received enough information from you to help recover your data. Yes, recovering data from RAID arrays, especially when it comes to SQL-Database - it's not easy, and not always everything comes out at once. Our specialist offered you to create an image of your array to recover data from it yourself (absolutely free) - you refused. It's a pity we weren't able to finish your problem. PS. Our program is the best among similar tools at the moment. Please, let us know what program did you use to recover data from your RAID array.
