Terrible company that will spam the crap out of you via SMS/Emails/Calls. Do not get on their list unless you want to be harassed by a company violating FTC compliance laws.
Response from Hesel MediaOct 17, 2026
Steve, correcting the record here.
We have no record of you as a customer or as an opted-in contact. We do not message anyone who hasn't opted in. Every person on our list opted in themselves, which is exactly how we comply with TCPA requirements.
Your review is also unverified. Trustpilot has not confirmed any business interaction behind it. And your FTC reference doesn't apply: commercial messaging is governed by the TCPA, not the FTC, and our opt-in process complies with it.
If you believe you received a message in error, give us your real name and the number or email that received it and we'll investigate it directly. But claims of "spam" and "harassment" with no record behind them don't get to stand unanswered.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Veteran investor here, tried them out. Leads came through with no contact out of our target zips that were given to the team. Asked for a refund which they tried to reposition then when I demanded my money they blocked my emails. Waste of time and not a reputable group. No real experience from their team or leadership. Ask for entity evidence of their success or any real flips or wholesale transactions. Eat these guys for lunch and find a better path for leads. Taylor Fyhrie was my rep for context. He connected with me directly from Hesel Medias getsellers.io email address as my account manager which was in his signature. Whether he works there now or not does not change the facts.
Response from Hesel MediaJul 24, 2026
Hi Charlie,
Thank you for providing your name and additional context.
After reviewing the information you shared, we’d like to clarify that Taylor Fyhrie is not a representative or employee of Hesel Media. While we know who Taylor is, the matter you’re describing appears to relate to a completely separate business line and brand, not Hesel Media.
That said, we take every concern seriously. As a courtesy, we’ll make sure this information is passed along to Taylor so he’s aware of your feedback and can review it with you directly if appropriate.
Regarding your statement that your emails were blocked, we have no practice or policy of blocking client communications. In our experience, communication issues are much more commonly caused by email deliverability or technical problems than by intentional blocking. If that happened, we’re sorry for the frustration it caused.
Because the engagement you’re referring to was not with Hesel Media, we don’t have access to the records or communications needed to verify the claims made in your review. We believe the most productive path forward is for you to continue working directly with Taylor regarding that specific matter.
We genuinely hope you’re able to resolve the situation and appreciate you providing the additional context.

Bait & switch on a $1K deposit with a…
Bait & switch on a $1K deposit with a "refund guarantee" that has not been honored.
Esteban, the founder, led me to believe on the sales call that I can start with 1,000 for the first month then 3,300 a month for 3 months thereafter.
After the payment was made I was informed the 1,000 is only good until we launch, where the first 3,300 is due. Immediately, I let both Esteban and his sales rep know then and there on the call, that this wasn't the terms I was just sold on.
Additionally, they gave me an option to ask for a refund within 72 hours of the payment (made May 27) of which I did ask for a refund (on May 29) wherein it is now June 12 (14 days have passed since my request), I haven't heard from them since June 4 despite sending follow up texts with both the Sales Rep and Esteban himself over direct iMessage on the dates of June 8 and June 11.
An utter bait and switch with a sad attempt to wrongfully hold a $1k refundable deposit because the company appears to be that desperate for 1k. Makes you question how many of the reviews are purchased.
Edit: Allow me to give the exact transcripts Plus the iMessages I received within 10 minutes of posting this review, which funny enough didn't get repeatedly ignored unlike my valid refund request.
The unprompted iMessage I received from Esteban's number, minutes after posting this factual and honest review:
"Lol bro. That's such a loser move. No wonder you're having these issues you're having. Newbies will always be newbies. No worries I'll respond to this. Expose the type of entrepreneur you are and send you your refund"
-- Now to seal this conversation, here's the sales call transcript, with the matching timestamps, that they're referring to in their "response":
Sales Rep - 1:03:13
Okay. For the deposit or to get started, was the first month a thousand, or were we saying 2000, Esteban, so I can construct this (payment link) right now?
Esteban - 1:03:22
We already said a thousand, so let’s make that happen.
Me - 1:07:44
So the payment should be through, but as a safety mechanism, I know you guys didn’t let my note taker in, but I did record this if that’s fine.
Me - 1:09:50
Yeah. Okay, so I thought the 1k covered the first 30 days.
Esteban - 1:09:57
Oh yeah. I mean it can cover the first two days if you want to.
Me - 1:11:43
I could have swore I double checked that. My understanding was, it goes, the payments go 1k, 3k, 3k, and then 3k.
Sales Rep - 1:11:52
I, I might be confused.

Mehrshad, disappointed to see this review because it leaves out key facts from the actual call.
The $1,000 was not presented as a completed first month of service. It was discussed as a refundable deposit so our team could begin pre-launch setup while giving you flexibility before launch.
The full structure was also clarified on the call: the program was $11,000 for six months, with $1,000 down and the remaining $10,000 split into payments. The first larger payment was due at launch, not immediately after the deposit.
Also there was no campaign launched.Or ads went live. Neither ad spend was used.
In fact no lead generation service failed. The entire discussion was about preparing for a future launch around the time your own setter/closer became available.
You also shared on the call that you were dealing with financial pressure from previous agency experiences, a separate $15,000 refund/dispute, credit card constraints, and losses from your own coaching program’s ad spend. We took that seriously and tried to accommodate you with flexibility around payment structure, launch timing, and even the option to pause if needed.
Claiming is a bait-and-switch reflects you how poorly listened to the call. Which we have the recording. We keep everything documented
If your refund request was made within the agreed 72-hour window, we will honor it. Our team will confirm the refund status directly.
We do respect your right to share your experience, but we will also correct the record when a public review omits important context and makes claims that are not supported by the actual conversation.

Avoid this company
Do not use this company, they will high jack your Facebook page and then when you cancel will hold you hostage and not give the page controls back to you. Avoid at all costs.
Response from Hesel MediaSep 2, 2026
Hey Josh, unfortunately we don’t recognize that you were a client of ours. If you were please reveal your real full name and company.
Also, no one jacks your Facebook page, you own that. It gets transferred to you. If for some reason it didn’t it should have had its own technical reason, which is unlikely.
You can ask all our clients and they own their assets and we transfer them even after we end our agreement.
Appreciate the feedback tho.

Don’t Be Fooled, They Take Payment but Provide Nothing
Our first call with Hesel Media was presented as an “evaluation” to see if they wanted to work with us, but it was really a sales tactic meant to create pressure and urgency. They make you feel like you’re being selected, when in reality, it’s a strategy to get quick payment.
After paying, we discovered during onboarding that the service was not actually delivered and nothing matched what was discussed on the sales call. There was no meaningful work done, and the company refused to refund the payment.
This is not a transparent or customer-friendly operation. Be cautious before sending payment they don’t give the service they promise
Response from Hesel MediaOct 13, 2025
Prayag, we’re genuinely surprised by your review because it doesn’t align with what actually happened. We’d like to clarify the facts.
You never paid for the full service. You only paid for the enrollment fee, which covered the initial work our team completed, including your CRM setup, ad creatives, automations, drip campaigns, landing pages, and lead forms, etc...
The remaining balance was due right before launching your ads, but that never happened because you stopped responding the same day we notified you that everything was ready to go live.
2. Our qualification process is real, not a “sales tactic.”
We carefully evaluate every potential client before accepting them, to ensure they have the right investment, systems, and experience to succeed. This helps us avoid situations exactly like this one, where someone commits without being ready to proceed or follow through.
3. You never requested a refund or communicated your concerns. You attended onboarding, received your completed setup, and then disappeared for weeks without any explanation or follow-up. You didn’t reach out to pause or cancel... Instead, you filed a dispute with your bank, claiming you never signed up with us, which contradicts your review here where you openly acknowledge that you did.
Given these facts, it’s difficult to understand how you can say the service “was not what was represented” when you never even allowed us to launch your campaigns or see the system in action.
Prayag, the truth is that our team did the work exactly as promised, met every deliverable, and acted with professionalism throughout the process. The only unprofessional behavior came from your side ...
Disappearing mid-process and later making false claims to your bank. We stand by our transparency and by the work completed for you. Our goal has always been to help real estate professionals grow through proven, data-driven marketing systems, and that’s exactly what we built for you

I don't often write reviews
I don't often write reviews, as I believe there are typically too many variables in situations to judge companies and people based on a single moment. However, I do write reviews when it comes to assessing the character of individuals, and this is a situation where the character fell extremely short.
I had a very unprofessional experience. After a month, I hadn't received any leads other than the two I got on the first day, which I later found out weren't real. Both numbers were Google Voice numbers that someone had created, and the emails didn't tie back to the proposed owners. Any attempts they made to fix the problem didn't work because no real leads ever showed up.
I decided to cancel the service, and that's when things took a turn for the worse. Esteban had a complete meltdown. It was one of the worst displays of self-control I've ever witnessed. While one or two attempts to retain a customer can be considered good salesmanship, the seven or more attempts via every medium of contact were simply outrageous. Getting to the actual cancellation was more difficult than breaking up with a difficult partner, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that. It went from him begging me to stay to blaming me because I didn't want to give them an unlimited amount of time to find a solution to a problem they clearly didn't know how to fix.
The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this individual is off the charts, and he seems to have an excuse for everything. I understand that times can be tough, but when a customer wants to leave, it's important to accept that gracefully. This person couldn't do that. Instead, he resorted to blaming, harassment, and even threats; it's beyond ridiculous. I'm not sure what's going on at Hesel Media, but whatever it is, it's certainly not good. What should have been a simple parting of ways turned into a disaster due to Esteban's childish and narcissistic behavior. I strongly advise against using this company.

Hello James Poole, seems you posted on every single channel? BBB, Google, Facebook , Trust Pilot, Yelp?
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Hesel Media. While we appreciate client feedback, it's essential to ensure that the narrative is accurate and fair to all parties involved.
Your review suggests that we failed to fulfill our service commitments, a claim that diverges sharply from our records and documentation. We pride ourselves on our dedication to client success, demonstrated through diligent service and ongoing support. It was of absolute importance to keep it collaborative during the setup and onboarding process and understand that challenges would happen but we had a plan in place for everything, our records show that you only stayed for about 30 days and didn't give us the ability to respond and execute properly.
Regarding the technical challenges you mentioned with Twilio A2P 10DLC and card verification for Facebook Business Manager, these are not unique to our collaboration but rather industry-wide issues. A successful outcome typically relies on proactive collaboration from both sides, something we unfortunately did not experience in this instance.
It's disheartening to see a chargeback initiated for services rendered in good faith, especially given our clear no-refund policy, which was agreed upon during the contract phase. It undermines the work and effort invested by both parties and fails to provide a resolution that is just and fair.
We invite you to review the countless positive testimonials and case studies showcasing our client successes, as we believe these offer a more comprehensive view of what we bring to the table.
In conclusion, while we regret that our professional relationship did not meet your expectations, we firmly stand by our track record and the high standards of service we provide to all our clients. We believe in amicable and constructive resolution of disagreements and would recommend any further discourse be channeled through the appropriate avenues.
Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
Sincerely,
Hesel Media Management Team
