I ordered jeans from there and not a single pair actually looked like the model photo. The leg sizes at the bottom were MASSIVE. I am the same height or an inch taller than all the 5'8" models they tend to use. And frankly, fatter. There is no reason they should appear so much bigger on me. The return process stinks. It says 1-2 weeks from date of shipping return, and then 5-7 days for refund depending on your bank for Hot Topic and Her Universe. What they actually mean is, we will take this full 3 weeks before we process your refund. To the day. I just contacted Her Universe yesterday because I hadn't gotten a refund processed email after over 2 weeks and they said there is nothing they can do til after 3 weeks. Their 1-2 week processing time is a farce. Meanwhile, today I JUST got the email after a literal 3 weeks about a Hot Topic order that they processed the refund for. No other company that I have worked with has such a bad return processing time except Bass Pro. Would not recommend ordering online from Hot Topic or Her Universe. At least if you don't pay with Paypal (oops) at Hot Topic, you can return in store.

I do like the clothes but overall customer support is not support at all. This company shipped the package to be delivered by OnTrac shipping company. My address is correct AND clearly marked on my mailbox. I get a message that the address is wrong and would need it corrected or would send package back in 3 days. I did contact OnTrac but also contacted support. It is MY problem even though I entered all the correct information. No help to get package to me. They did refund my shipping cost but still no help with recovery. I've had problems with this delivery company in the past with other retailer more than willing to help me recover my package. Not Her Universe. OnTrac shipping is very incompetent!

I was gifted some her universe cards that I had to reactivate the company was unhelpful initially and trying a few years later they said all order history data was cleared so they were unable to help me and I can’t use the cards. They were nice enough to give some rewards but they don’t equate the cost of the original cards. I feel hurt by this.

Size and quality are NOT AS EXPECTED. I ordered a 2XL for a baggy look but what I got should not be classified as anything more than an XL. It still fits, but not the way I wanted it to. While the print looks good, at least before washing, the fabric of the shirt is very rough against your skin. It is not comfortable. I do have to admit that it LOOKS cute, but size up and don't expect this to be your new favorite clothing.

Original shipping of product was great. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. That’s where it went down hill. Returns aren’t free. The package arrived at Her Universe 4 days later and no refund 2 weeks later. They told me on the phone today it could be another 2 weeks. The sweet young lady was trying to assist with customer service but I believe her hands are tied. It’s just how things are there.
