This is a fantastic platform. Not only did it transfer my previous ACTIVITE-SMS balance, also HeroSMS provided a high-quality SMS service just now. I will continue to support it. Thank you!

SMS-Activate is closing and recommends HeroSMS as "alternative", but refuses to transfer my balance (5.455 USD, ID 10160627) because "separate company".I created HeroSMS account (ID 451937, ), but no way to get my money from old service. This feels like a scam: money disappears during shutdown without clear prior warning about minimums or transfers. EU users deserve transparency!Avoid until they fix payouts for small balances from SMS-Activate migrants. Update / Reply to HeroSMS: Problem solved. I got cashback on hero-sms

the functionality is excellent, as is the quality of numbers. However, there are no guides on the website that would better explain the details for users new to this service
