I saw an ad from Alexis Mai on Instagram claiming she makes $10K+ per month working from home just by talking on the phone. I signed up for her free webinar and paid $27 for a script that I never actually received. 🚩 The webinar was high energy, but the chat feature “broke” mid-call - she claimed this had never happened before. This week, I saw her say the same thing about her most recent webinar. 🚩🚩 At the end, she hyped her $1,000 course, promising the first 15 buyers a 1:1 welcome call with her. I signed up immediately and was within the first 15 buyers, only to be scheduled with someone else. 🚩🚩🚩 The course was just a basic consultative sales script, nothing groundbreaking. But the real red flag was the welcome call, which was actually another sales pitch. The rep straight up told me I’d struggle to land a remote sales job with just the $1k course and pushed me toward the “Inner Circle” for $7,500 - apparently for access to Alexis' connections and a girls' trip to Miami. 🚩🚩🚩🚩 At that point, I knew I’d been scammed. I requested a refund under the 30 day guarantee. My first email got a response, then silence. Follow ups were ignored. My two posts in the Facebook group were deleted, and then I was kicked from the group altogether today. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

Unimpressed. Had a call set up, tons of texts/emails. Even confirmed the google meeting. HOWEVER, they didn't join the call. Said I had to confirm before hand. But the texts came in between 11pm-12am that evening. Course is like 1k to $7,500 for the Council 2.0. Would of joined and had the money, but I guess Alexis doesn't need it. IF you sell courses about closing customers, fix this part. Still take the call that I joined, they didn't show up to it, HER employees didn't show up for it, after all this hype. Do her employees not also go through the same training to close deals? If you want money, why not take the call? The entire thing is most likely a scam. Very poor execution. Don't hype up a system you don't even stick to. You could learn all this information on Youtube for free. Don't waste your money or time on people who aren't living her "brand" themselves.

Hi Erica, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to schedule and confirm a call, only to have no one show up. At Her Last Call, we value your time and strive to provide every prospective student with a positive and professional experience. We recognize that we fell short of your expectations, and this is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have. We take your concerns seriously and will be reviewing what happened with our team, including the missed appointment and the communication leading up to it, to help prevent similar situations in the future. We would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. If you're still interested, please reach out to our support at [email protected] so we can personally assist you with rescheduling your call and answering any questions you may have about our programs. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

🚩 My experience with Her Last Call — and why I’m calling it out. Before the “free” webinar, you’re given the opportunity to purchase additional products. I purchased The Natural-Born Yapper Script for $27.00. Guess what? I received a receipt… and absolutely nothing else. No script. No follow-up. Nothing. Then came the webinar. It was LONG and, honestly, nothing was said that felt particularly groundbreaking or different from what you’d already find online. At the end, you’re told an AI bot will determine whether you “make it to the next step.” 🙃 I’m pretty skeptical of that whole process, especially when the obvious next step is getting people into the paid academy. Then comes the whole “this is extremely exclusive” pitch. Apparently, they’re carefully interviewing you because it’s Alexis’ reputation on the line. Okay… 👀 Except when I scheduled my call, my phone was blown up multiple times a day from different numbers asking me to confirm that I would attend. If this opportunity is that exclusive, why does it feel like they’re chasing me down to make sure I show up? 😂 And then comes the best part… I actually joined the scheduled call, ready to hear them out and see what this “exclusive opportunity” was all about. Nobody showed up. I waited 15 minutes and finally left. So let me get this straight: You can repeatedly call and text me from multiple numbers to make sure I show up, tell me this is an incredibly exclusive opportunity, emphasize how much your reputation is on the line… and then you don’t even show up to the call? That’s not exclusive. That’s unprofessional. And when I’ve already paid for a product I never received, the whole experience starts looking even more questionable. Maybe other people have had a completely different experience, but based on MY experience, I would absolutely think twice before handing over money. $27 and a receipt. A very long webinar. Aggressive follow-up. An “exclusive” interview. And then nobody shows up. That’s my review. 🤷🏼♀️

Thank you for sharing your experience. We take feedback seriously, and while there are a few points here that we’d like to provide context around, there are also aspects of your experience that did not meet our standards. First, regarding the $27 Natural-Born Yapper Script: if you completed your purchase and did not receive access to the product, that is not the experience you should have had. We are happy to verify your purchase and ensure you receive what you paid for or resolve the issue appropriately. Regarding our free training, it is intentionally comprehensive. While some concepts surrounding high-ticket sales may certainly be available elsewhere online, the purpose of the training is to give attendees a structured introduction to the industry, the opportunity, and our methodology so they can determine whether this career path — and potentially further training — is something they want to pursue. The qualification process following the training is also not intended to imply that every person who completes it will or should enroll in our paid program. The purpose of qualification and the subsequent conversation is to determine whether there is mutual alignment before someone is offered the opportunity to move forward. We’d also like to clarify the appointment reminders you referenced. Our team uses automated and manual reminders because scheduled calls require dedicated time from our advisors, and reminders help reduce missed appointments. Following up to confirm a scheduled appointment does not mean that every individual who attends is automatically accepted into the program. That being said, after confirming your appointment multiple times, having no one attend your scheduled call is understandably frustrating and is not the standard we expect from our team. Regardless of the circumstances that led to the missed connection, we take responsibility for the fact that your scheduled experience should have been handled better. We do, however, think it’s important to distinguish those service issues from the suggestion that the overall process is intentionally misleading or questionable. A product-delivery issue and a missed appointment are operational issues that we can investigate and correct; they are not representative of the experience we work to provide our clients or the purpose behind our qualification process. We appreciate you bringing both issues to our attention and would welcome the opportunity to resolve the product you did not receive and look into what happened with your scheduled appointment.

I wish I had read the negative reviews before buying. Lots of positives. Lots of negatives. Not the price's value, worth of positives. Other programs won't make you pay unless they place you. If you are considering buying this course, don't. Find one that won't make you pay unless they place you in a quality, long term offer. EDIT: I'm editing this because HLC issued a reply trying to "disclaim" the job board and job "promises", saying they never promised work, etc etc. Exactly. The selling tactics never EXPLICITLY promise work, but the sales team soft-sells and implies to the nth degree that you'll find work using their program. They also feature the job board as a major part of the sale, when they speak to you. The fancy legalistic reply you see here, from HLC, is a CYA on their part and reflects how they treat people who don't find their course a success, based on other people's negative experiences. I will not be reaching out.

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're sorry to hear the program wasn't the right fit for you, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. We'd like to clarify one point for anyone considering our program. Her Last Call is a training program designed to teach high-ticket sales through coaching, live trainings, and practical resources. While we do offer opportunities like our Job Board and guidance on finding clients, we don't guarantee job placement or long-term offers. Everyone's journey is different. Some students find clients through our Job Board, while others land opportunities through their own outreach using the skills we teach. Our goal is to provide the tools and support to help students succeed. If you have any questions or would like to discuss your experience further, we'd love to hear from you. You can always reach us at [email protected] We wish you all the best moving forward. — The Her Last Call Team 🩷

Hi Shay, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We're genuinely sorry to hear that this was your experience. We did want to clarify one point for anyone reading your review. Our Sunday trainings are absolutely LIVE; they're hosted in real time with live coaching and interaction. We also offer Encore trainings every Tuesday, which are replays for those who couldn't make the Sunday session. It's possible you joined an Encore training, which may have made it seem like all of our trainings are pre-recorded. As for our reviews, many of them were posted around the same time because they followed one of our live events where students were encouraged to share their experiences. Those reviews came from real students who chose to leave feedback after attending. We also want to clarify that we don't promise overnight success or guarantee specific income. Our goal is to teach a high-income skill, provide coaching, resources, and a supportive community. Like any educational program, results depend on each person's commitment, consistency, and willingness to apply what they learn. We understand the program may not be the right fit for everyone, and we respect your perspective. We truly wish you the very best moving forward and appreciate you sharing your experience. Scam! Fake reviews and selling fake hope. I would trust Tony Robbins over her.

Hi, We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We'd also like to clarify that Her Last Call is a legitimate educational program that has helped many women learn high-ticket sales and land clients. We understand that not every student's experience will be the same, but describing the program as a scam does not reflect the experience of the many students who have successfully completed the training and built careers in remote sales. We're all for supporting other educators, but if this is meant as a recommendation for someone else's program, we'd kindly ask that promotional comments be shared in a more appropriate place. If you have any questions or concerns, we'd be happy to discuss them with you. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] — The Her Last Call Team 💗
