The sales teachings were surface-level, and many of us were left without the structure or support promised. What was more troubling was the culture encouraged within the program high-pressure tactics, manipulation, and a lack of integrity that went beyond strategy. I personally witnessed students being disrespected and spoken about in demeaning ways, including being called “dumb.” I know at least 11 women who had to fight for refunds, with some never receiving theirs. This isn’t a one-off issue — it’s a pattern. I’ve built a successful business for years and joined simply to sharpen my sales skills, but what I found was a program more focused on profit than people. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I enrolled on March 10, 2024, after seeing an Instagram ad from Alexis Mai that clearly offered a 30-day money-back guarantee. That promise gave me the confidence to invest in the program. Unfortunately, the content and coaching style didn’t suit my learning preferences. While Alexis is clearly knowledgeable, I found the delivery more discouraging than empowering. After participating for nearly a month, I requested a refund on April 9—well within the 30-day window. I only received one vague response saying they’d “look into it.” No follow-up came, despite repeated outreach. Both Afterpay and Whop, the payment processors, denied my request, claiming the guarantee didn’t exist—something I know to be untrue. I personally know three people who received refunds for the same reason. I shared my situation in the company’s Facebook group and was contacted by six others who had similar experiences. Only after I publicly stated that I’d report the company to the BBB and other review platforms did they finally issue a refund—within an hour. This selective enforcement of their refund policy and the lack of communication until publicly called out feels extremely unprofessional. Be cautious if you're considering this program.

It's crucial to exercise caution and think twice before committing to any training with her, especially if you can't afford it on the same day she conducts her calls. It's concerning that she profits from training callers for big brands while also charging her students individually for services she's already being paid for. This raises ethical questions—how can someone who is already being compensated for their expertise justify making additional money at the expense of others? It appears that her primary interest lies in financial gain, rather than in genuinely supporting those she trains. Be mindful of where you invest your time and resources.
