Heritage South Community Credit UnionReviews of heritagesouth.org

Very friendly people, good and fast service. Always there to help in times of need. Been with them for over 20 years and haven't had any problems.

I've been a customer for over twenty years and have always had great customer service.

Always very helpful and everyone is nice and glad to sit down and talk with you I've never experienced this much gratitude from a regular bank before the folks at HSCC are really great people

Shelbyville TN branch no longer has the small town feel. I use to walk in and know everybody working. The whole atmosphere has changed and not for the better. Also the debit cards suck. Im only a few more declined transactions away from finding a new bank. Its getting old going in a store and looking broke and stupid because my card has a "glitch".

I usually go to the drive thru and have always had a pleasant experience. Just about everyone who waits on me knows who I am and that means so much! Everyone is always friendly and eager to go that extra mile if needed!

I have always felt welcomed when I got into a branch. The tellers are all friendly. I want to give a special thanks to Amanda W at the Lewisburg branch. She’s phenomenal. I love knowing that Heritage has my back.

I love heritage south n I trust them n they keep u informed

Love my credit Union wouldn't use anybody else.
