Thanks this should complete my review.

People I dealt with were very nice and helpful. I did have to go through a "do - over" because the page count evidently did not match up with my first estimate. Not a great big deal but if it could have been done right the first time . . . etc. I loved dealing with Katherine. She was sweet and kind and to the point. However, the first time she called me today she was totally unintelligible because of some background noise. She had to hang up & call me back, which she did very politely. Blessings on you all in the Lord's name!

The process was accommodating. The project managers were helpful and attentive.

Their editing service significantly improved my manuscript’s readability and flow. I was impressed by how they enhanced clarity without altering my personal writing style. The team offered thoughtful suggestions that strengthened my content, making it more engaging for readers. This service gave me confidence that my book was professional and polished.
