I didn't order refills for this razor and they keep sending auto ships of stuff that goes with the razor. I have wrote to them to cancel all future orders. They are not responding.

Well, my experience with groomy hers really wasn't very good. I ordered a groomy hers with the shaving oil and received it about a month ago, April 2026. The oil had seeped inside the package. So I let them know what happened and they sent me another oil when I got that one, it was also seeping but it had just seeped a little bit. Then, a month later in May 2026 they automatically sent me a refill for the shaver, which I did not order or subscribe to. So now, after emailing back-and-forth they say they want to make it right. But now they're refusing to refund me the money that they took out of my account for the refill that I did not order. Go figure, that's no way to do business. So be aware when you're ordering.
