You will not get your item. There is no customer support you can email them but they will not contact you back, there is no phone number. If by chance you get a tracking number it goes to somewhere else in the United States

Total scam! The phone number they gave is for some person in NY - not a business, and the email address they give out is undeliverable because there is NO such email! I wonder if they aren't in cahoots with the USPS because the USPS says they delivered my merchandise to an address 5 hours away from me and they weren't about to help saying it was the seller had for me???

Chinese scam site. Two orders, one never shipped "Preparing order" and no refund. The other they shipped a $1.00 value toy instead of a $39.00 tool set. they went out of their way to send it to a near address, so the USPS can't explain why it shows as delivered when it was delivered to a somewhat nearby neighbor who wonder what the heck it was and why it was addressed to their poorly spelled name. Pure SCAM!

Ordered a toolbox supposedly with free shipping they charge me an extra $10 on my card and I’ve never got a tracking number I’ve never got my order let’s put this place out of business or put them together with the FBI it’s nothing but a major scam doing fraudulent stuff they are a rip off

Scam site. Ordered the toolbox that MSN was advertising. Shipping said "delivered", post office searched and discovered the "package" was 3 ounces and delivered to a different address.
