Immature and rude customer service
“To be honest, I’m not sure how old you are, but I hope you know that no one is entitled to a gift. Someone you don’t know who owes you nothing gave you something for free. Take the gift and enjoy it. We have customers who have spent thousands with us per year and they didn’t get anything for free and didn’t mind it. No need to get greedy because you heard others may or may not be getting more. I just hope you’re below the age of 30 because we’ve honestly never received an email from someone who is upset because they didn’t get more free stuff. Plus, the lack of self-awareness in saying we’re the ones who weren't courteous is pretty atrocious. Most courteous people receive something and are grateful rather than being upset because they could’ve received more. As you age, please learn gratitude. It’ll make your life better. Anyway, have a great rest of the year Christopher and please stay safe and take good care of yourself, Rachel“ UPDATE: they replied and immediately deleted their reply… this company is a joke! And as you can see this is who they get to reply to customer service concerns, I don’t anticipate the company lasting very long which is a shame considering the product isn’t bad.

We replied but realized it's not worth fighting with you so we deleted our reply. Life is too short to fight with people who get $10 of free stuff and are upset because they didn't get $30 of free stuff due to their own impatience. But honestly we're very sad that we even found this review to be honest and we wish we never did and never replied because we've already given too much of our limited time on this planet to you and that's a tragedy by itself.
