Order not shipped after roughly 1 week. Always "today or tomorrow". Don't waste your time or money. I found another site, it was cheaper and shipped it immediately.

My order was cancelled and I was never notified it was cancelled.

Took along time to ship, finally when I contacted them to find out what was taking so long, they said one product was out of stock and on back order from the manufacturer. Finally shipped my order, took a long time to receive. I was able to order the same product from another online store. Will not order again from Herbspro.

Takes to long to get it. I have ordered this same product at other places and received it in 3 to 4 days by regular mail. It has been almost 2 weeks and still have not received it.

I never received the items I ordered, I was calling 5 times, speaking to the same customer service representative, who told me after 3-rd call that my items are out of stock, when I demanded to cancel my order, he offered me to choose something else instead of my items! Finally, when I insisted and my order was cancelled, I never got a refund, had to call my credit card, so money was pulled from this company! I will never order from them again!

Placed my order, received confirmation email. Then several days later received another email stating that because I’m ordering from Canada (outside the US) I need to verify my credit card by emailing photos of it along with a copy of my credit card statement with my name and address on it. This feels so sketchy to me and has never happened on international purchases I’ve made with other companies. I replied to their email, with no response. Not impressed. And disappointed because I was really looking forward to trying a product I can’t find elsewhere.

The item I ordered on your website was not the one I received. It was a different packaging and not the item I was excepting. I contacted the company over two weeks ago and was told I would receive a return label. which I never did. I called again today. I was told again that a return label would be sent to my email today. I have yet to receive it. Extremely disappointed in the service! Robert

I ordered 4 bottles of Ginger Trip Gummies and you shipped me the Chewables. I called custormer service and was put on hold for ten minutes. I finally hung up and called back and the same rep told me he was on the line with other customers. According to the bar code, he said chewables and gummies are the same prouduct which is not how it was presented on your website. this is the last time I will do business with this company.
