I ordered my stuff two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been shipped out yet no one has tried to contact me to let me know

Order product over a week in a half.Still have not received my product.

I placed an order on July 26 that has not been received yet. Today is August 15. A week after placing the order, I got an email that the original order was on back order with no date of availability. I called to find out how to select a replacement product. The customer service man was very rude with me and rushed me off the phone. When I selected a replacement order, I called to change out my original order, I spoke with the same rude man who rushed me off the phone again. He said the order would ship in a few days. About a week later, I got an email that my order had finally shipped. The email giving the tracking number was no good. When i called to find out the status of my order, I spoke to the same very rude man who refused to answer my questions. He just said that the order would be here in a few days. Then he rushed me off the phone for a third time. I still have not received my order, 3 weeks after placing my original order. I will NOT order from this website again and do NOT recommend them to anyone!

I had 2 different transactions where I purchased peppermint oil. Both my transactions were cancelled without notifying me by email. I had to check status on the orders as to why it was taking so long. That's when I discovered they had been cancelled. I still have no idea why they were cancelled. I don't think that is good customer service.

I placed my order two weeks ago and still have not received it. This opinion review even came before my order. I got an email notice a while back to confirm my order and even another later email saying that it was shipped. I have not been notified as to what is taking my order so long to actually be delivered to my home. I am still waiting and am sorely disappointed with this sort of service.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, ( NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER )...SPOKE TO THEM AND WAS ASSURED MY ORDER WOULD BE SENT IN 2 DAYS, STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED, BEEN ALMOST A MONTH SINCE ORDERED. SENT 2 EMAILS TO HERBSPRO, NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY. ORDER SUPPOSEDLY DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT, WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERE AWARE OF THE DAMAGE. THEY WERE NOTIFIED BY FEDEX THAT THE ORDER WOULD NOT BE FORTHCOMING & NOT BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS. THUS FAR STILL NO COMMUNICATION FROM HERBSPRO. ( ANYONE PIRCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY, AS THEY SAY BUYER BEWARE )

I was needing my order by the 6th because I was going out of the country and it did not come in. So I have not received it yet.

I was order Rutozym for 10 days, but I did not get any email or phone to update. I was waiting for my order so long then I contacted customers services, and they told me that my order cancel because out of stock. But they already charged my credit card. I never seen the company sale like this so bad
