Worst business ever!!!
Horrible order tracking and delivery time, no customer service at all!!! I tried email, calling, and live chat with no help. Do not buy from here!! Spend a little more money and buy from a legitimate retailer.

Do not order from this place
I was told the product was in stock but after several days, I had not received a shipping notice. I called and was told that they were waiting for a shipment to come in. I called the manufacturer and was told the product had been discontinued. Herbspro was not wanting to give me a refund but eventually did.

Poor Service
Your company kept wanting a review and did not get the product I ordered in late Äugust. I was told it was lost in shipping. I won't order from your company EVER. Very disappointed and angry.

I called before I pick the item
I called before I pick the item, when I got there they told me that the item was damage on the shipping. I know it was not their fault but they should told me before I go there.

I spent over 20 minutes on the phone…
I spent over 20 minutes on the phone placing an order. i was unable to place order online because I wanted the product to be shipped Fedex air since the product was temperature sensitive. I was assured order would be shipped overnite or two day air and packed with icepack.I agreed to have my cc billed for the extra shipping expense. Product was shipped without ice and via Fedex small package which takes at least 10 days.Of course I refused the shipment.
