DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Got an email that my order was shipped 10 days later no package contacted them & was given a tracking number. No record of a package other than a label was made. Contacted them again, swore it was shipped & they would look into it & get back to me. No contact ever made, I contacted them again & miraculously my order was cancelled as we were texting. They don’t answer their phone & only respond through online chat. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Long-time but now 'former' customer...
It took from November 21 through January 15 for HerbsPro to get my order completed - 12 tubes of tooth paste. Five phone calls. Multiple emails. Dispute lodged with my credit card. Dispute initiated with PayPal. Customer service was inefficient. I had ordered from HerbsPro many times for at least 15 years. This was my last order.

My original purchase was made on…January 1st, 2019
My original purchase was made on January 1st and I am still waiting for 4 cans of mousse that are in operating condition. Two deliveries later and I am still waiting. Just returned one broken can with the two other broken cans from January 12th delivery. Also promised a shipping label and did not get any - had to pay for shipping back defective cans.

Misinformtion issued.
They said they had the product I ordered in stock and that a FEDX ship ticket was made and my order had shipped. A week later I check on the shipment and found out that it had been canceled. I contacted Herbspro and was informed that what I was told about it being in stock was in error and that it was out of stock and the shipment was canceled. Then I received a email stating that my shipment had been lost in transit and a refund had been issued.

I only received one item that I ordered instead of 2 and HerbsPro have not answered any of my emails about it and there could be friction if you do not respond.

Didn't realize the product I ordered would ship from halfway around the world and take over 3 weeks to get here. Still haven't received it yet.

I made a quite large order on 12/13/18
I made a quite large order on 12/13/18. It has still not been shipped almost 4 weeks later. I have been given the run around and every time I chat with them, they say the order will be shipped the next day, but then it is still not shipped. They charged my credit card the day I placed the order. I am now about to contact my credit card for a refund. This was my first order with Herbspro and it will definitely be my last. I will never order from them again.
