It takes a long time to get an order. That's my only complaint.

One of the four items I ordered was the wrong item that was sent to me. I contacted HerbsPro about this incorrect item I received on two separate occasions, and never received any response. As a.result of this non-responsive and bad customer service, won’t order from HerbsPro again.

It's been almost a month and still dont have the product. Also you send way too many emails.

Improve the shipping, I’ve not yet received my package :(

I ordered a certain hair brush that I had wanted for some time. It was in stock, and they sent it (I thought!). Yet I received a brush that was not like the one I ordered. I contacted the company about their mistake so they could put it right. No response. I contacted the company again with all the actual specific details of the mistake, emails etc. No response again. Some time passes and I contact them another 2-3 times and never hear anything. I use the correct email address plus their own email contact system, and never get a response. Though in that time I received 23 sales emails from Herbspro! I believe this is really poor service for a professional company that obviously made a mistake but refuses to put it right. So I cannot recommend dealing with the company as if they make a mistake with your order, you may never hear from them again!? UPDATE: After many months and contacts, within the last few weeks Herbspro actually contacted me the wrong brush they sent. They wouldn't send me the ordered right brush but did refund me the cost I paid for it. So that is something I guess. So I have upgraded the rating a little. And if I decide to deal with then again, and that goes okay, I may upgrade them more as well.

I ordered weeks ago and still haven’t received my items. The price was good, but the process is very slow.

Herbs Pro did a terrible job of packing my order for shipping. Four individual boxes of soap were loose inside a bubble envelope that was roomy. The boxes arrived all beat up. One bar of the soap is dented as it had fallen out of its box during shipping. Herbs Pro could have simply banded the soap boxes together and added more tape to make the envelope a smaller size or placed my order in a small shipping box with packing material to protect the contents. Also not impressed with customer service. Had inquired about my order before it was shipped. Left a message when prompted as they were having high call volumes that day. No one called back.
