Order#2170793 Order stated would be shipped on 3/20. Recieved an email with a link for the order. When I click on link it says the page is invalid. I've sent a msg 2x no response. Couldn't find a line number to call. Makes me think this is a scamming website due to other reviews I just found. I need an answer before I call my bank and file a complaint with the bbb. I have never experienced no contact with anything I've ever bought online from any company!!! I need this medicine. Please give me a status and/or ship my order!

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Customer service sucks. Its been a week since i ordered and havent received my order, no tracking, only a reciept. Do not buy from this store.

Herbspro horrible terrible customer service I have been waiting over 2 weeks and the order hasn't even shipped yet. There is no customer service no return emails or callback s. Will not shop at Herbspro again

My order (#2168699) that was placed 3/13/20 was canceled due to the items being out of stock. No email or anything saying it was canceled. I only found out when I went to track my order. I've emailed the company twice and called just to get a voice message, so I left a message today 3/20. I checked my PayPal acct and my money has not been refunded for $27.39, yet. Herbspro should not charge customers until then item ships. I'm waiting for my refund and losing my patience since nobody is returning my emails. First time shopping here and never again. Very bad experience here.

I ordered Mycoshield Spray from Herbspro on 3/5/20. The order number is 2166196--it was supposed to arrive on 3/9/20. Today is 3/18/20. I tried their chat app, which re-directed me to email. I sent 3 emails--nothing. I called twice, and both times I waited patiently for my turn with a customer service representative, and then the line was cut. What else can I do? I understand that they might be overwhelmed, but this is no way to handle orders.

This is 100 percent genuine still waiting on my product.... so I ordered some protien from herbspro is was supposed to arrive March 12 it is now March 16.. I’ve tried tracking my item thru there website and it kept saying error, I’ve tried calling customer service on my third day calling I finally got a hold of someone and they said my item is on back order, so In other words they took my money when the item wasn’t even in stock haha worse service I ever had by far.. my order number is 2166582

BEWARE: This Seller is either very fouled or just plain dishonest. I wound up not buying from this seller because: 1: the AD misrepresented the financial sales details. It said, "NO TAX." Tax was applied. 2. I would have accepted that, but in the shopping basket, after I had doubled my order, the shipping cost was discounted; then, in CHECKOUT it was increased. 3. When I called for customer service to have the deals honored, I was refused on both counts. 4. When I asked to speak to a superior, I was hung up on. Then I came To Trust Pilot. Read reviews 5. Decided to cancel my account with HerbsPro. But there was no cancel button. I called HerbsPro. Waited a long time. The fellow (I believe the same as before) told me it would be canceled if I closed out. It was not. 6. And even though I changed much of my identifiers, there remains a portion of it I cannot get to. 7. The rep hung up when I asked him to walk me through the process. *Forget this company! Since writing the above, I have received email with the following 2 messages where the "unsubscribe" normally would be. "For help with any of our online services, please email the store-owner: donotreply@.... Note: This email address was provided on our registration page. If you own the email and did not register on our site, please send an email to donotreply@..." I will update if the email I sent to "donotreply@.... is answered helpfully, but don't hold your breath. Just give your business to someone less problematic.

The first time I ordered some cell defense it was great (All in time) but in this second time it was horrible. I placed my order 10 days ago an it was supposed to ship the 3rd of march, in my order status it still says "Processing" and I don't even know what they mean with that. I tried contacting them by email and phone and I had no response on neither, price is accessible but professionalism is not their thing.
