i placed an order of a castor oil and when it got to me after a long time it was a different picture as to what was showed on their website.

I ordered these for my elderly father because I didn't want him to go out in the pandemic and I knew it would be a long wait. I got my email stating the order number and that I would get an update when it shipped. NOTHING FOR TWO WEEKS. I click on the email link and THE LINK WENT TO NOTHING. My order had dissapeared. Of course the moneyhad been taken out of my credit card already and NOT when they were going to ship. I emailed them, left voiemails and even left a message on their website system. NOTHING. AND NOW I AM OUT MY MONEY WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. NO PRODUCT AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!! I was actually able to get this from Bed, Bath and Beyond- paid and delivered already. At a time when every penny is huge, more than ever, there are still companies out here that are STEALING money?!! NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!!!

This is not about the product listed here. I have no choice as that product I tried to purchase is no longer shown to be offered by HerbsPro. This is a comment on the complete lack of customer service. I attempted to contact said company twice by phone. First leaving a message with contact number as was requested. They stayed to wait 24 hours, still waiting oveb72 hours no response. Called again waiting for my turn to be answered after waiting about 30inutes was hung up on. Contacted WalMart customer service, they tried to contact both by phone and email no success. I did the same twice by email, no success. No product, no answer, company is no good. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

I placed an order on March 8 and the expected ship date was March 12. Ten days ago (on March 19) I sent HerbsPro an e-mail, but no response. The status of my order is still "processing". It has been three weeks now. Please respond or I will have to file a complaint with my credit card company. I would like a refund for the amount I was charged ($ 50.80). Order # 2166630.

Order #2170441. Where is it? I ordered my items on 3/16 and it was supposed to ship on 3/19. I’ve called, emailed , etc. and NOTHING. Please let me know where my order is. I’ve been charged for over $70 and have nothing to show for it. Complaint to be file formally if no co tact in the next week.

I placed my order for eight items on March 5th and was told they would all ship by the 9th. Finally, on March 23rd, I received a package. It contained ONLY TWO of the eight items I ordered. I reached out to customer service but heard no reply. I waited a few days, then reached out again. Again, no reply. I've opened a case in Paypal's resolution center to try to get a reimbursement for the items that never shipped.

I placed order on 3/14 and shortly after received my confirmation EM with information with DHL tracking #. Shipment date of 3/19. By Monday the 23rd, I still did not have my order so I checked the tracking # provided on DHL site. It did not exist "No results found" I began calling their customer service # and for 3 days have not been able to get through to a live customer service rep and on many occasions waiting for someone to pick up the line disconnects on you. I was able to get someone to respond on the 25th in the Live support and they just repeated the same invalid DHL tracking # and advised that the DHL had not been scanned yet and to wait for the end of the day. Again, the DHL # does not exist! I am trying the live chat again, but not very hopeful. Please remedy or be reported. By the looks of all the ratings on this site alone this month it does not look good that HerbsPro is Legit.

I placed on online order for in stock items and the company canceled it without explanation or notification but charged me anyways. When I asked about a refund, the customer service agent disconnected. This seems fraudulent. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company and would encourage other customers in similar situations to do the same.
