Update, I was just thrtned by Trustpilot if I don't provide personal details to herbspro HOW MANY YEARS LATER? today they would take my review down...you just confirmed everything I wrote by asking 3 years after the fact! Please heed the warnings. If something looks to good to be true it is. Do not learn the hard way. Despite the horrific reviews, I still bought 2 boxes of bars. They would not reply to email after email, until I called. The person had all the one liners for someone prepared to blame and not listen to the customer, however did sent a RA. The bars were not the same one advertised, i only knew this from tasting 1 of the 24 which DID NOT taste like the bars I buy monthly elsewhere...it was because of this that I realized they sold me a different bar than what they advertised. I have the delivery slip they got the bars and they will not answer emails or refund the money. Don't think my review ends here, I will get my money back. Also, I believe in giving people a second chance. If they right their wrong to me, I will post about it and or take down this review.

Placed an order without reading the negative reviews and I also never received the two products. Customer service twice said the product was due to be shipped within 24-48 hours and that never happened. Why was it necessary for me to contact them about the order? If the products were out of stock, couldn't they have advised me?

Been waiting since 22 December 2020 for herbal capsules. Foolishly ordered, and paid for two bottles, before reading all these negative reviews (aka WARNINGS). Trying to get a refund now :(

SCAM. Ordered items on Dec. 16th, 2020 and was not given any tracking information. Emailed on Dec. 22nd, 2020 asking for the tracking information and when the items would be shipped. Received no response. Called on Dec. 24th, 2020 to cancel my order. They said I would be refunded in a few days and sent me a cancellation email within minutes. Jan. 8th, 2021, I still have not received a refund. Filed claim with my credit card company. The good reviews on this site are probably fake. I hope this company gets shut down.

Worst Company ever. U never Receive your order. I ordered some power crunch energy bar through amazon one month ago and never received it. They don’t even answer my messages. Will never use herbspro again

Herbs Pro never delivered my order, and also charged me additionally for a product I did not order at all. In other words, they just took my money (from my credit card) I have tried contacting them, but they do not seem to even exist. Never, ever, ever order from them. They just take your money and disappear. There must be a way of alerting authorities so that they can be apprehended so they will not take people's money without giving the product.

I rated it as bade for I never get what I ordered as well as I never got my money back. This service is only fooling people, do not use it.

It is a scam. Do not buy from them. They do not deliver your order and they charge your credit card very fast. They are not available on the phone and they hardly reply to emails. They create a Fedex label to give you the illusion that they will ship your order, but the order is not shipped.
