Check your product stock before selling to customer bring price down 25 percent i used to pay 3.99 for vo5 mens hair dressing I I will shop for different product

Everything was great except the slow shipping
Everything was great except the slow prep to ship. It is not good that you send "your order has shipped" notice when the reality is that you have initiated paperwork and dont actually ship for days. I am very aware how this works, I worked for a very large industrial distribution company for years. You come across as less than forthcoming at best. The good companies that I do business with ship when they say they do. One day delay from the announcement to me and actual shipping. This is not the end of the world, but you said you wanted the truth, this is it. If you want to increase customer satisfaction and trust, get real with your shipping.

Safe delivery took too long
Well, the product seems ok, but the delivery took much too long. That means for a simple package of two bottles of pills, the USPS should be able to deliver in a couple of days, but your delivery took two weeks. That's too long getting processed in your distribution network!!!

Ordering and initial communications was…
Ordering and initial communications was fine and easy. However delivery was another issue. Tracking showed package delivered to an incorrect address in another town After complaining I got a text from driver (supposedly) stating he would deliver brteeen 9:24 and 10:24 Here it is almost noon and nothing yet. Issue isn’t with product , but with delivery service.

Product is as described!
Product is as described! Shipping time was ridiculous: it took approximately a month to receive order. I do live in Canada, not China!!! Ordered Dec 09/2023 Received Jan 5/2024! Item was shipped from California to New York, cross the border then came all the way back across the continent to British Columbia. Same day or at most a week is the norm from USA to Canada!!! I hope HerbsPro rectifies shipping issues as they appear to have good products!!!
