Dear customer We sorry for any inconvenience we caused. As protocol, we always ask a picture of the wrong product and the bar code of this to provide a return label to our customers. We refunded the amount of this order once we received it on our warehouse

Herbspro charged my credit card $51.92…
Herbspro charged my credit card $51.92 for an invoiced price of $38.02. I emailed them concerning this error but have not heard back. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. Back to IHerb!

Dear customer We sorry for any confusion generated by this. The difference on the amount that you see was product of the currency. We charged you $38.02 USD and in Canadian Dollar it was $51.92 due the rate of conversion.

Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong. You did not send my order. when I ask you you just refunded my order. Its the same procedure< not any form of explanation. You#ve done this f;r my latest orders. Its good bye fo me. No more contact with Herbs Pro. Unreliable seller. Good Bye

Dear customer We sorry for any inconvenience we caused. Order was shipped on May 17 and customs in your country rejected the entry of the order. You were refunded by Route package protection for the full amount of the order after you submitted the claim.

Horrible customer service
It’s been a little over a month since I placed the order and I haven’t yet received my parcel. How r they even "qualified" for this? 2 Reps have emailed me in the span of 24 hours, attempting to bribe me into deleting this review. I'm feeling hounded: almost as if they're blaming me for THEIR incompetence.
