The prices are great, the order is shipped in a timely manner and the brand names Herbspro has is exceptional. I did wonder about my order this last time though, since I did not get a a confirmation nor a shipping date. Hence the four stars this time, since it did cause me some concern. I will definitely keep ordering from this company.

update my order status efficient by email. It would be nicer I could order more before they ship my order when part of my order is cancelled .

Great products easily accessible web site. Wish the delivery could occur more quickly.

I’m spoiled by Jet and Amazon for lightening-fast shipping. So the shipping felt slow. Otherwise, no problems at all.

Hi I just feel the shipping out time should be faster than 2 weeks I mean once a order is placed it should ship out the following day if paid by a credit card which mine was, I really needed the product and all I am saying is it should have come early. This company is slow but I would tell folks where to buy their products to if they asked me over all I will be back when I need more cloth tape..

Very, very slow free shipping. Otherwise, everything else seems to be OK.
