Would like to see a user friendly…computer system
Would like to see a user friendly website that quickly and easily bring up past orders. I need to order by phone and it is a long, slow process. They seem to need the name of each item time after time and last time no longer had a product I need. May have to go elsewhere.

The 2-day delivery package has been…
The 2-day delivery package has been ordered on May 10, 2018. It was finally delivered on May 30, 2018. One of the items was missing due to out of stock. I have sent a few e-mails to a customer service asking to credit the amount for the cancelled product. There were no reply. After two calls speaking with the sales person during a two week span ( from June 1 through June 12) I was assured the money will be credited. On June 16 with no action from the company, I went to my bank to file a complain. The bank will reimburse my money. I will look for another company to fulfill my order next time.

The price was very good but it took almost three weeks to get the product. I order almost all my supplements online and I get most of them in three days or less. This order was not even shipped for at least a week. Time between ordering and receiving the product needs to be greatly improved.

You asked, so here is my response.
Your shipping is expensive. When i checked out there should have been an estimated time of arrival. The first time I called customer service to find out the arrival date, I was on hold for more than twenty minutes. There should have been a way to track my order when checking out as a guest. The only positive thing is my purchase arrived and it was packaged in a secured manner.

I have placed my order May 14, 2018. It has been over 2 weeks now, and have not yet received the product, nor a notification on when to expected. I e-mailed already and they have not responded. If I had known this I wouldn't not placed an order.
