I ordered product
I ordered product, and received conflicting emails. One said the products were back ordered and then sent me another that the shipment was in transit. I received yet another email saying since they did not hear from me, so the order was being cancelled. Then I received 1/2 of what I ordered. The left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing.

Product as described at reasonable…but shipping poor!
Product as described at reasonable price. Shipping poor. Boxes crushed. Didn't arrive in anticipated interval. DHL tracking number never worked. Post offices sat on package additional three days after DHL transported from neighboring state. I could have bicycles to next state over and picked up item in less time than this convoluted shipping method.
